Eye-popping shoes can be the centerpiece of the outfit , but not every big-name designer has been able to pull it off. I love crazy shoes that are conversation starters [come peep my closet] and this shoe from Dior's Spring 2009 Resort collection has definitely caught my eye, just not my wallet!
