This dream job offer comes from Malibu Rum but seems more like a volunteer vacation than a job. They are offering ten people the chance to " get a PhD in SPF" by participating in an all-expenses paid, 10-day internship devoted to monitoring coral reef health in Thailand, the Maldives or the Philippines.

Malibu is partnering with Reef Check, a non-profit dedicated to monitoring, protecting and rehabilitating coral reefs. To kick off the internship, Malibu is releasing a limited-edition bottle, available nationwide July 1. Applications must be submitted by August 31, 2009

Malibu Mango Mojito

2 1/2 parts Malibu Mango

1/2 part fresh lime juice

1/2 part simple syrup or 1 tsp sugar

3-4 mint sprigs

3 ime wedges

2-3 splashes club soda

Place 1/2 part lime juice, 1/2 part simple syrup, 3 lime wedges, and 3 sprigs of mint into the bottom of a tall glass and muddle[mix/crush] together. Splash in a dash of club soda and stir the mixture well until the sugar dissolves completely. Add 2 1/2 parts Malibu Mango and ice. Stir vigorously to combine the ingredients, then top the glass off by filling it the rest of the way with club soda. Garnish wiith a lime wedge and serve immediately.
