Beware! Posh Spice could get you arrested! -- Well only in Dubai!

This t-shirt of Victoria Beckham in the nude caused Raffi Nernekian, a Lebanese national, to be jailed in Dubai, according to the U.K.'s Telegraph.

The skin cancer awareness T-shirt features a naked Beckham, who is discreetly hidden by the phrase "Protect the skin your in." Nernekian, whose brother says he bought the shirt during a visit to New York, got into an argument with a local over the shirt and was jailed for a month for "offending public decency," according to the Telegraph.

Nernekian works for a brand manager for local agents of designer Marc Jacobs, who designed the shirts benefiting a cancer research program at New York University.

The drama began when a local man came up to Nernekian and complained about the shirt. A brief argument ensued and Nernekian left to change. He came back only to find the cops waiting to arrest him.

He was initially charged with public drunkenness and fleeing the scene of a conflict - charges that were later dropped.

Travelers to the United Arab Emirates have been advised to review the country's strict moral and social codes before partying it up in Dubai. It's not just offensive clothing that will get you into trouble: that late night vacation tryst will land you in jail.

Just a week ago two Britons were put in the slammer for two months for committing adultery in a Dubai hotel.
