Is Rose McGowan. I have loved that girl for FOREVER. Okay, since I saw her in Jawbreaker as Ms. Courtney Alice Shayne aka the HBIC. She pulled off evil with such a prissy attitude. She was Blair Waldorf before people even thought about creating prep school Blair. As the new season of Gossip Girls comes closer, it's only right to pay tribute to the beginnings of the evil teen queens. Anything more evil than killing a girl as a joke and making it look like a rape gone bad? I thought so. In honor of Ms. Shayne, I present one of McGowan's best photo shoots. She works it.
